Golden Homeland Agencies is a property consultancy and broking agency, established in 1986. We specialise in marketing residential, commercial as well as retail properties in the heart of India's financial capital, Mumbai. Both, sales as well as leases form a part of the entire range of services offered by us.

Golden Homeland Agencies is a life member of the EAAI (Estate Agents' Association of India) and also a member of FIABCI (an International Real Estate Association).

As we have our roots in India, and consequently, the obligatory expertise, we aim to provide the suitable link to the supply - demand chain, giving adequate advice for the pricing based on existing – and sometimes turbulent – market conditions.  Today, the world choruses “think global, act local”.  It is precisely at this point, that most falter.  We believe that our success in the Mumbai real estate market  lies in two key factors.

The first is extensive knowledge and experience of our domestic markets, with all their own complicated characteristics  and the second is stable and world-class professionalism in the deployment of that knowledge.  This combination is, in essence, our speciality.
